Para o Swift:

    * Swift

The Swift is available during a night club management mission and also the mission where you take the Celebinator on a tour of the city. It's parked at the west side of Algonquin where a Buzzard is normally parked until the Buzzard appears later. Keep doing night club missions until you get to it. You pick up Bruce Spade in Northwood. Have fun with the Swift while you can because as soon as you drop Bruce off at the Maisonette 9 night club, Luis and Bruce will both get out, and the helicopter will magically take off straight into the sky. One has been found on the buzzard helipad before the buzzard was unlocked outside of the missions, and before the nightclub management and clebrinator missions were completed.

Call Henrique and ask him to drive the vehicle to you. This can only be done after completing a certain percentage of the game. It also appears in the missions "Practice Swing", "Bang Bang", "This Ain't Checkers" and "No. 3."

Para a Police Bike: Só está disponível no modo multiplayer.

Para o Police Cruiser: Só está disponível no modo multiplayer.

Para o Police Stinger: Só está disponível no modo multiplayer.

Para o Stretch E: Só está disponível na missão "Frosting on the Cake"

eu nao consigo apanhar o Skylift :s
nao existe outra tecnica para o apanhar?

Só dessa maneira, ou se usares algum cheat ou trainer(se for para pc), mas isso já não tenho a certeza se existe.

É fácil de apanhar o heli, normalmente consegues logo a primeira tentativa.
