As a DM gamer i think maybe have a sync option which can sync 50 players perfectly.

lanmode is 0.2.2 feature too, just to make gameplay smoother

I was saying that sync change/improvement is unnoticable* with it enabled in 0.2.2.

Yeah it really is! But according to the rumours topic the server can set tick/sync rates which means even better sync.

It's not a rumour that you can set the tick/sync rates in 0.2.5

P.S Kye if you want to test our system we have:
194 Businesses
374 Houses
23 Goverment properties.
These all use the system you spoke about but just in 0.2.2 R3

Las Venturas Playground has support for ingame property creation as-well. It really isn't hard to make. And he said it is already done IIRC. I personally made such a system for my server as-well and it was really quite easy, but nothing compared to LVP's system which is quite advanced and nicely built.
Anyway, to go back on topic. Although future versions have been discussed, there still hasn't been an official announcement that development has continued.
