Caught on Tape: Tornado Forming July 7,2008
A storm chaser captured dramatic video of a tornado forming near the Nebraska-South Dakota border over the weekend.
The video was shot near Valentine, Nebraska, a small town of about 3,000 people not far from the South Dakota border.
The funnel cloud formed and touched down in a rural area outside of town.
There were no serious injuries or damage reported.
